HCEA Promotes Michael Kokoszka to Philadelphia Branch Manager

Hillis-Carnes is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Kokoska, PE, to the position of Branch Manager of our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Mike has been with the firm for one year and has over 13 years of industry experience. Mike started as a Senior Project Manager and has continued to grow in the company, overseeing numerous projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

His major areas of responsibilities include generating proposals, processing and interpreting data, supervising field operations, and managing projects across Pennsylvania. Mr. Kokoszka’s field experience includes on-site construction materials testing and inspections of concrete, structural steel, fireproofing, and soils. He has extensive experience working with Clients in both the private and public sectors, as well as with projects covering a wide variety of infrastructure and buildings.

Mike’s vast experience and knowledge make him an ideal choice for the new Branch Manager position. Jerome Guy will continue as our Central/Western Pennsylvania Regional Manager, and David Harmanos will continue as our Eastern Pennsylvania Regional Manager.
