U.S. Lacrosse Headquarters
The new US Lacrosse Headquarters is a three-level 45,000 SF facility with office and training spaces, locker rooms, and the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame Museum. The facility overlooks the William G. Tierney Field which hosts lacrosse games and training facility for U.S. National Team Programs.
Hillis-Carnes provided subsurface investigation services and was the Geotechnical Engineer-of-Record. In addition, Hillis-Carnes was contracted to provide Independent Testing and Inspection Services during construction for the monitoring and testing of the foundation systems (concrete reinforcement), retaining walls, Storm Water Management Facilities, earthwork activities, concrete (cast-in-place reinforcement, Hambro Deck System), structural steel and fireproofing, masonry, and pavement.
