Hillis-Carnes Adds Senior Project Manager

Victoria Bremseth, PE has joined Hillis-Carnes Capitol Services, PLLC, located in Washington, DC, as a Senior Project Manager. Ms. Bremseth is a University of Tennessee graduate, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics. She has over 17 years of experience in Construction Materials Testing and Inspection services, performed both in the field and in the laboratory, as well as Project Management experience on numerous projects throughout the Baltimore/Washington Region. Her strengths and major areas of expertise are with reinforcing steel, concrete, structural fill, reinforced slopes, runways (asphalt and concrete), conventional spread footings and deep foundations on various military, government, transportation, commercial, educational, and public works projects, to name a few. We are very excited to have Ms. Bremseth on board and look forward to the expertise she will be contributing to Hillis-Carnes!
