Hillis-Carnes Promotes Mr. Grant Hitchens, P.E. to Philadelphia Branch Manager

Hillis-Carnes is proud to announce the promotion of Grant Hitchens, P.E., to the position of Branch Manager of our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania branch office. Grant joined the firm in 2023 as a Sr. Project Manager and has managed numerous projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. Grant holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. He has over 21 years of experience in project management, land development, construction, hydrology and hydraulics design, and municipal engineering in residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial fields.

His major areas of responsibility include reviewing land development plan submissions, municipal oversight, and quality assurance of construction work on public roads and infrastructure for municipal clients. He has extensive experience working with Clients in both the private and public sectors and on a vast array of projects.
