HCEA Adds Vice President of Business Development

Sandy Henningsen has joined our firm as Vice President of Business Development at our Annapolis Junction, MD, corporate headquarters. Ms. Henningsen’s new role will consist of developing client relationships, generating and capturing new work, and managing the corporate Business Development (BD) group. In addition, she will also be working alongside of our Branch and Division Managers, as well as regional BD Professionals, to plan, organize, and execute our BD and marketing efforts. Ms. Henningsen has over 10 years of Business Development and Marketing experience in the local engineering and construction community. She will represent HCEA through continued service on various industry boards and committees, as well as activities with numerous development, engineering, and construction associations. Sandy received her undergraduate degree majoring in Business Management and Industrial Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is a current MBA candidate at Mt. Saint Mary’s University. We are very excited to have Sandy on board and look forward to her contributions which will support the continued growth and prosperity of Hillis-Carnes!
